• Photo Content: Photos you take are only used for AI recognition and translation, processed immediately and then deleted, without being uploaded to servers or cloud storage
• Learning Data: Your personal vocabulary, learning records, and other data are all stored locally on your device and will not be uploaded to any server
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics (such as feature usage frequency) to improve the product, but this will not include any personally identifiable information

2. Information Usage

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide core functionality: photo recognition and translation services
• Improve product experience and features
• Provide technical support and customer service
• Send important product update notifications (with your consent)

3. Information Storage

• Local Storage: All your learning data (including vocabulary and learning records) is stored locally on your iOS device
• iCloud Sync (Optional): If you enable iCloud sync, data will be synchronized between your devices through Apple's iCloud service, and we will not access this data
• Data Security: We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your data security

4. Information Sharing

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except when:

• We have your explicit consent
• Required by laws and regulations
• To protect our or others' legitimate rights and interests

5. Third-Party Services

HeyWords may use the following third-party services:

• Translation Services: Uses Alibaba Cloud Translation API for text translation, only transmitting text to be translated, without including images or personal information
• Payment Services: In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store, and we do not obtain your payment information

6. Children's Privacy

HeyWords is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access Right: You can view all data stored locally on your device at any time
• Deletion Right: You can delete any learning data within the app
• Data Export: You can completely clear all local data by deleting the app
